Glucerna Mini Flapjacks

Serving: 36 Flapjacks

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 100ml water
  • 1 egg
  • 5 scoops Glucerna
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cake flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Getting it done:

    1. Mix together all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth.
    2. Use a non-stick pan over a high heat to make the flapjacks.
    3. Make sure the pan is hot before adding the batter.
    4. Scoop 1 tablespoon of batter into the pan per flapjack.
    5. Turn over once the surface bubbles has popped.
    6. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cup of tea.
