We can not guarantee that you will receive a refund. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of the pharmacy manager, upon inspection of the retuned product.
If a refund is granted, it may be made as a cash refund, or an in-store credit or a credit to the card used for purchase. This will be at the discretion of the pharmacy manager.
NOTE: Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been damaged, opened or has been tampered with. For health and hygiene reasons certain items may not be returned.

The CDE Pharmacy (Pty) Ltd, operates from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, and all deliveries are only despatched during these times.
Parcels are only delivered between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday.
Deliveries are processed within 5 – 7 days of placing the order.
No deliveries are done over weekends.
Freestyle Libre – All Freestyle Libre products incur a delivery fee of R120 for orders below R1980, and incur zero shipping fees for orders above R1980.
Note: products purchased in conjunction with FreeStyle Libre products will only qualify for free shipping if the total of the basket exceeds R1980
Dexcom – All Dexcom Products incur a delivery fee of R150 per order.
Note: Dexcom product must be purchased separately, and can not be purchased in conjunction with any other products.
OptiFastTM Products incur a delivery fee of R130 per order.
Note: OptiFastTM Products must be purchased separately, and can not be purchased in conjunction with any other products. OptiFastTM Products require a coupon code, which can be obtained from your nearest VLCD certified Dietician. To find your closest VLCD Certified Dietician, click here.
All other products incur a delivery fee as follows:
- Johannesburg and surrounding areas = R90
- Nationwide = R130
- Orders above R800 will be delivered FREE of shipping costs.
- Baskets which include FreeStyle products will only qualify for free shipping when the basket total exceeds R1980
