Passion Fruit Jelly

Serving: 1 medium sized bowl

Cooking Time: set for 4-6 hour

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 200ml water cold
  • 225ml boiling
  • 5 scoops Glucerna
  • 1 packet sugar-free passion fruit Jelly
  • Getting it done:

    1. Prepare Glucerna as per packaging instruction with 200ml water.
    2. In a mixing bowl, add 225ml of boiling water to thee jelly, stir until completely dissolved.
    3. Combine the Glucerna and the jelly.
    4. Pour into a medium size bowl. Place into the refrigerator to set.
    5. Serve with 1-2 fresh passion fruits.
