Passion Fruit Jelly

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

200ml water cold

225ml boiling

5 scoops Glucerna

1 packet sugar-free passion fruit Jelly

Getting it done:

Prepare Glucerna as per packaging instruction with 200ml water.
In a mixing bowl, add 225ml of boiling water to thee jelly, stir until completely dissolved.
Combine the Glucerna and the jelly.
Pour into a medium size bowl. Place into the refrigerator to set.
Serve with 1-2 fresh passion fruits.
