Whether you’re travelling, spending a day outdoors or going about your daily routine, the Digital Temperature Display Insulin Cooler Thermos offers a convenient way to carry your insulin and check the temperature during your journey.
The 450 ml thermos comes with six reusable cooling cubes. Gently tap the display on the lid to view the temperature, and follow the supplied instructions to prepare and use the cooling cubes.
According to the supplier, the thermos fits up to seven Humalog 3 ml pens without the cooling cubes, or up to four with the cooling cubes. Fit may vary for other pens.
Please note: Insulin and the insulated shoulder bag are not included.
Follow the instructions supplied with the thermos and the storage guidance for your specific insulin. Check the temperature regularly and protect insulin from freezing; keep it separated from frozen cooling cubes. Do not place insulin pens or vials in the thermos with water or another liquid.
The thermos does not automatically regulate its temperature. Cooling performance and duration depend on the conditions and how the product is used. If you are unsure how to store your insulin during travel, speak to your pharmacist or healthcare provider.
