GlucaChol-22® is a food-based fibre supplement made from concentrated oat bran containing beta-glucan, a soluble dietary fibre. When consumed as part of a balanced diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, beta-glucan may help reduce blood cholesterol levels and support cardiovascular health.

This product also supports digestive health and may assist with maintaining healthy glucose metabolism when taken with meals. It is supplied as a convenient powder that can be mixed into drinks or added to meals.

Usage Instructions

Adults should mix 1½ scoops daily into beverages, yoghurt, soups, gravies, or meals and consume immediately. The product may thicken if left standing.

Because the product is high in fibre, adequate fluid intake is recommended. Drinking approximately eight glasses of water daily is advised to support optimal digestive function.
