The OPTIFAST^® VLCD Desserts are a part of a nutritionally complete, very low calorie diet program and can be a nice change from the Shakes. It takes a little bit longer to prepare as it needs to set to a firm texture so you can eat it with a spoon.

Indicated for:
Adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or a BMI of 27 plus weight-related co-morbidities such as:
– diabetes
– high blood pressure
– high cholesterol
– high blood sugar levels
– family history of heart disease
– sleep apnoea
– Weight reduction prior to surgery

Not suitable for:
– children under 18 years of age
– pregnant or breastfeeding women
– renal or liver failure.
