WelTek-DF is a topical Ayurvedic herbal foot cream formulated to moisturise, nourish and soothe dry or itchy skin. It is designed for gentle daily foot care, particularly for people living with diabetes.
The formulation combines coconut oil, sesame oil, kokum butter, neem oil and other traditional herbal and natural ingredients. It supports skin comfort and moisture retention but does not replace professional assessment or treatment of foot wounds, infections or other diabetes-related foot complications.
Apply externally to clean, dry skin according to the directions in the enclosed patient information leaflet or as advised by a pharmacist or healthcare professional. Massage gently until absorbed.
Inspect the feet regularly when applying the cream. Follow professional foot-care guidance if you have reduced sensation, poor circulation or a previous diabetes-related foot problem.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply to open wounds, infected skin or severely damaged skin unless advised by a qualified healthcare professional.
Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient. Discontinue use and seek professional advice if irritation, redness or discomfort develops.
